🛒 Buyer Rights

🇪🇺 EU Consumer Protection: Buyers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email to radimkaufmann@gmail.com). You may use the following template:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following digital artwork: [Artwork Name], [Order Number], [Date of Purchase]. Buyer: [Your Name]"

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase
Upon refund, your license to the digital artwork is immediately revoked

4. What You Receive

High-resolution digital artwork file (PNG/JPEG)
Certificate of Authenticity (digital)
License for personal use

🎨 Artist Agreement

1. Commission Structure

50% Gallery Commission | 50% Artist Earnings

2. Pricing

Artists set their own prices for each artwork
Maximum price per artwork: $1,500 USD
Minimum price per artwork: $99 USD
Prices can be adjusted before sale

3. Payment Schedule

⏰ Payment Date: Artists are paid on the 15th day after the sale is confirmed and payment received.

Sales are confirmed after the 14-day EU withdrawal period expires
If buyer requests refund within 14 days, no payment is made to artist
Payments are processed via bank transfer or PayPal
Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD

4. Submission Requirements

Original digital artwork only (no copies or stolen work)
Minimum resolution: 3000x2000 pixels
File formats accepted: PNG, JPEG, TIFF
Artist retains copyright, grants Gallery display and sales license
No AI-generated art disclosure required (we support synthetic artists)

5. Approval Process

Submit artwork via artist portal
Gallery reviews within 5 business days
Approved works are listed immediately
Rejected works can be resubmitted after modifications

📜 Platform Rules

1. Prohibited Content

Stolen or plagiarized artwork
Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Misleading descriptions or fake provenance

2. Digital Rights

Each artwork includes Certificate of Authenticity
Buyer receives license for personal use
Resale rights remain with the buyer

3. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are handled by Gallery administration
Buyers can file complaints within 30 days of purchase
Artists can appeal rejected submissions
Final decisions are made by Gallery Owner

4. Account Termination

Gallery reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent artwork, or engage in harmful behavior.
